This one-hour course is tailored to educate real estate licensees about the Firewise program, emphasizing the significance of exercising reasonable skill and care in real estate practices. Its goal is to update licensees on the fundamentals of the Firewise program, equipping them with the knowledge to establish defensible spaces that can better withstand wildfires and ensure the safety of firefighters working to protect properties.
